• Junior Yoga Now Here!
Junior Yoga is an exciting new activity that The Sportzcoach can now offer! Suitable for young children of all ages (ideally 7-11 year olds), yoga is a fun, non-competitive, all round activity that children love. We are finding this an excellent new addition to activities that schools can offer – both in school time and after school clubs.
Yoga for children has many benefits, examples are:
• FUN!
• Excellent way of relaxing
• Improves posture
• Helps to focus the mind
• Improve overall well-being
